Can I pick up my ordered products at Champion?

Yes, after placing your order you can contact our Customer Service. They will let you know when your order is ready for pick-up. Our warehouse in Oosterhout is open Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 12:30 and from 13:00 to 16:30.

Can I set a different delivery address?

Yes, please contact our customer service. They ensure that your order can be delivered to a different address.

When will my order be sent?

After ordering we will start to prepare your order for shipment as soon as possible. We strive for shipping your orders during weekdays within 24 working hours after receipt of your order.

What are the shipping costs for my order?

These need to be agreed upon with our Customer Service desk, depending on what the volume/weight of your order is we can quote you the best option.

Can I pick up my ordered products at the Champion warehouse?

First of all you should tick the box before sending your online order. That could be pick up by yourself or Champion will arrange the shipping for you. For arranging the day and time of pick you contact our customer service department. Our warehouse is open from Monday to Friday from 8.00  till 12.30 and 13.00 till 16.30 hrs.

Can I change the standard delivery address?

You can change the delivery address in every order. If you would like to change your standard delivery address, please contact our Customer Service department.

Can I change to a one time delivery address?

Change the delivery address in your order before sending the order.

Can I return or exchange my products?

Returning of ordered products can only be done after consultation with our customer service representative. Only when the goods are in original packaging they can be returned and we shall be able to credit accordingly.

Who delivers my order when Champion takes care of shipping?

We cooperate with a number of logistic partners for shipments like e.g. Mainfreight, DPD and UPS. You will receive a track&trace after it has been shipped.

Can I change the delivery date of my order?

If not shipped yet, you can arrange this with our customer service representative.

Can Champion take care of specific documents?

Yes we can arrange many different documents for you. Please discuss these demands before shipment with our customer service, they will further inform you.
