Can I pick up my order at Champion?
Yes, you can. After placing your order, please contact our Customer Service team. They will inform you when your order is ready for pickup.
Our warehouse in Oosterhout is open Monday to Friday from 08:00-17:00 (CET)
Can I choose pickup during checkout?
Yes. Before submitting your online order, you can select whether you want to pick up your order yourself or have Champion arrange the shipment.
To schedule the pickup date and time, please contact our Customer Service team.
Can I set a different delivery address?
Yes. You can change the delivery address for each order before submitting it.
Can I change my standard delivery address?
If you want to update your default delivery address, please contact our Customer Service team.
Can I use a one‑time delivery address?
Yes. Simply update the delivery address in your order before sending it.
Shipping & heading
When will my order be shipped?
We start preparing your order for shipment as soon as it is received.
Our goal is to ship orders on weekdays within 24 working hours.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on the volume and weight of your order. Our Customer Service team will provide the best possible shipping quote.
Who delivers my order when Champion arranges the shipment?
We work with several logistics partners, including Kuhne & Nagel, KLG, DPD, and UPS.
You will receive a track & trace link once your order has been shipped.
Can I change the delivery date of my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can request a new delivery date through our Customer Service team.
RETURNS & DOCUMENTATION
Can I return or exchange products?
Returns are only possible after consultation with our Customer Service team. Products must be in their original packaging to be eligible for return and credit.
Can Champion arrange specific documents?
Yes. We can prepare various documents upon request.
