I lost my login details, what should I do?

Please contact our Customer Service. If you have forgotten your password, click to reset the password. This option can be found in the webshop together with the login interface.

Can I change or cancel my order?

As long as you have not yet paid or ordered, you can change your order. If you want to change your order after the confirmation, please contact our Customer Service.

How do I know if the product i want to order online is in stock?

All products have a stock indication on the webshop. This way you know exactly when you can expect the products and whether there is a longer delivery time.

Do I need an account for ordering?

Yes, if you are new, you can register by ‘Login/Register’.

How do I order a product?

During ordering, add the wanted products to your shopping cart by clicking on ‘add to cart’.

Are all articles on the webshop in stock in The Netherlands?

Yes. All products are in stock in The Netherlands. The PDUCAT articles are available from stock in the USA which we gather monthly for all customers and transport them to The Netherlands for you. If some items are temporarily out of stock you will notice that in the stop.

Can I order other colours or designs of articles that are not in the Champion webshop?

Yes that is still possible, just contact our sales departtment for an offer including minimum order quantities etc.

Can I also order without having a VAT number?

Yes you can, we will just add the VAT to your bill

Where can I find my wanted article from the search bar?

Do not use the enter key in the search bar to find your wanted product.
