How do I order a product?

While placing your order, add the products you want to your shopping cart by clicking ‘add to cart’.

Do I need an account?

Yes! If you are new, you can create an account by clicking on ‘Login/Register’.

How do I know a product is in stock?

All products have a stock indication on the webshop. This way you know exactly when you can expect the products and whether there is a longer delivery time.

Can I change or cancel my order?

As long as you have not yet placed or paid for your order, you can make changes. If you want to modify your order after receiving the order confirmation, please contact our Customer Service.

Can I order other colors or designs?

Yes! This is still possible. Simply contact our sales department for a quote, including information about minimum order quantities and other details.

Can I place an order without VAT number?

Yes! You can. In this case, we will simply add VAT to your invoice.

Where can I find products using the search bar?

Please do not press the Enter key when searching. Simply type the product name, and relevant results will appear automatically.

Are all articles on the webshop in stock in The Netherlands?

Yes, all products are in stock in the Netherlands. PDUCAT items are stocked in the USA, and we collect them monthly for all customers and transport them to the Netherlands for you. If any items are temporarily out of stock, this will be indicated in the webshop.

I lost my login details – What should I do?

Please contact our Customer Service. If you have forgotten your password, click here to reset it. You can find this option on the webshop’s login page.
